1. 🚫 No Returns / No Refunds

  • Lojista Transport Private Limited does not accept any returns of services or shipments once they have been booked and confirmed.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, delay, or alteration in plan.

  • All charges paid by the customer (transport fees, booking fees, service charges, etc.) are final and non‑refundable once the service is confirmed.

2. 🔄 Cancellations & Alterations

  • Once a booking is confirmed with us, you cannot cancel it.

  • Any request for modification after confirmation (such as route change, date change) will be considered at our sole discretion and may incur additional charges. However, such modifications do not imply any right to refund.

3. ⚠️ Exceptional Cases (At Company’s Discretion)

  • In extremely rare situations, Lojista may, at its sole discretion, agree to issue a partial refund or credit. This is not guaranteed and will only be done in writing.

  • Decision in such cases rests with management and will be final.

  • Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases (At Company’s Discretion). If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
